Training and College (RTO) Manager

Booroongen Djugun Limited has an exciting opportunity for a proactive  Training and College Manager to join their team based in Kempsey, NSW. 

Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Learning, you will oversee the daily operations of RTO to ensure activities comply with relevant standards, legislation and regulations.

In addition, you will work in conjunction with senior leadership to identify and expand learning pathways and projects that will lead to the growth and sustainability of the College and other supporting services, increasing learning and development opportunities for the community and surrounding areas.

About You

Building on previous management experience, you will be a natural leader, have strong leadership, mentoring and team building skills, with a “can do” attitude that will enable you to build a positive team environment. 

Your proven stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to building strong networks with local employers, job networks and other agencies and identify, negotiate and promote partnership opportunities.

You will have proven experience in implementing quality policies and processes that is supported by your understanding of ASQA regulatory requirements for managing the quality delivery and student outcomes.

Demonstrated experience of writing, designing and developing resources, grant applications and project plans.

Relevant experience in the areas of vocational education, business development and project management will be essential. Formal qualifications such as Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and/or a Certificate IV Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
