  • How do I enrol in the course?
    Come in for a chat, or complete the online form, and we will be in touch. Alternatively, please call our friendly staff or call us 02 6560 2000.
  • Do I need a Unique Student Identifier (USI)?
    Yes, you need one. For a new USI or if you have forgotten your number, go to https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi
  • How long will it take to complete the course?
    This depends on the course you are undertaking. Go to the course page to see your training options.
  • What are the entry requirements?
    There is no pre-requisite for our courses. Please check the entry requirements on the course page. However, you will need to complete a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment so we can identify if you will need support during your training.
  • Will I need a Federal Police Check?
    No, not to enrol in the course. Check with your employer if you need a Police Check as part of your workplace conditions of employment. You do not need a Police Check to complete our First Aid or CPR courses.
  • What do I do if I need help with my assessment tasks?
    We have a support team and trainers who can help you. You can attend our regular support sessions. We also encourage you to talk to your trainer to see if a reasonable adjustment is required.
  • How much does it cost?
    The costs will vary depending on which course you are undertaking. The fee for the course is located on each course page. We can offer flexible payment plans should you need more time to pay. The Government subsidises some courses, so check the course page for costs and conditions.
  • If I already have experience in the industry, do I have to complete all the training?
    If you have industry experience or other qualifications, you can apply for recognised prior learning (RPL). Chat with our enrolment team to see if you qualify.
  • Are there flexible learning options available to complete a course?
    Yes, please talk to our enrolment team.
  • Can I get Abstudy or Government Assistance whilst studying?
    If you are studying, training or doing an Australian Apprenticeship, you may be eligible for Youth Allowance, Austudy or Abstudy. Check with Centrelink to see if eligible.
