Booroongen Djugun Business Units
Led by Debra Urquhart, Executive Manager Residential Care, the Residential Care team is responsible for provision of high quality clinical care and support for residents of Booroongen Djugun Residential Care Facility.
Led by Kylie O’Bryan, Executive Manager Service Delivery, the Service Delivery team is responsible for the all Community Care services offered by BDL. In addition, Kylie oversees all governance and compliance reviews to ensure Booroongen meets its accreditation requirements across all aged and disability services.
Led by Mike Stevenson, Executive Manager Business, this team is responsible for strategic finance (e.g. grant and budget management) and operational finance (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, and client finances, etc.), along with organisation wide risk management, quality assurance and centralised contract management, IT and communications. In addition, Mike supports and manages organisation initiatives that supports future growth and improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
People and Learning
Led by Lucinda Taylor, Executive Manager People and Learning, the People and Learning team is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to management and staff, implementing workplace culture and change initiatives, along with supporting continuous development of staff through Learning and Development programs. In addition, the strategic and operational management of the RTO Training College forms part of this business unit.
